What is Concentric LVH wherin LVEH is 63% & FS is 33% There is also Mid & apical part septum hypokinetic & Pericarditis/. What is the seriousness?

Too many queries: But I will answer as fully as possible: concentric LVH means "thickening of wall" of left ventricle (main pumping chamber of heart) due to excess pressure, usually high BP. Could also result from aortic valve stenosis. Check your BP and get it under control. Second, "mid and apical part septum" HK suggests one wall of LV not squeezng well. How can you differentiate pericarditis symptoms from just severe heartburn? Bad chest pain left side, worse when laying down and breathing in.

Cardiologist: I would recommend for you to go to a cardiologist. He will probably get an EKG and depending on its findings recommend particular managements. Interestingly enough the treatment for pericarditis would worsen gastritis since it is basically NSAIDS.

Good Luck
