I had a blastocyst transfer 8 days ago and woke up this morning in the midst of an orgasm with some cramping. will the orgasm hurt the embryo?

Nocturnal orgasms happen days before period, why? Dreams are not sexual.

Night orgasms normal: Nocturnal orgasms are normal in both male and females. Clearly before menses there are hormonal fluctuations. Whether they cause nocturnal orgasms is unknown but makes sense they might contribute. In males especially multiple night erections are common and normal and female patients can have similar episodes. I can never reach orgasm during sexual dreams even if very close. Is this normal? Psychological issue?

I can never reach orgasm during sexual dreams even if very close. Is this normal? Psychological issue?

Hmmmmmm: In terms of evolution, there is little need for orgasm during dreaming, since this never (or rarely) leads to procreation. Thus, this cannot be an indicator of a psychological (or for that matter a physical) problem. If you can achieve orgasm during sex while awake, and it is satisfying, no worries then! ...Read more
