Is Nitrofur Mac 50 Good For Boils
Not likely: Boils, more often than not, are caused by staphylococci or other gram-positive organisms and Nitrofurantoin is not the therapy of choice, and is predominantly used for urinary tract infection. You need to see a doctor, have the boils opened and cultured and be treated based upon the microbiology lab results. Good luck. ...Read more

Is it safe to take 2 Optibac probiotics for women plus 2 everyday use, totalling about 10 billion. This is keeping a UTI at bay instead of antibiotics?
Pro mean with: and bio means life. Probiotics help the GI system digest food. Anti means against. So, if one takes excessive antibiotics (which are sometimes needed) they can kill off the good bacteria in our GI systems and we can have digestive problems. LOOK FOR A WIDE VARIETY OF STRAINS RATHER THAN HIGHER NUMBER OF FEWER STRAINS. Peace and good health. ...Read moreSee 3 more doctor answers
Don't do it: Minomycin is a good antibiotic for moderate acne but must never be used alone. It's a good choice along with topical benzoyl peroxide. It is also pregnancy class d -- shouldn't be used during pregnancy, and in any case isn't going to help you get pregnant. It should only be used on your physician's prescription. ...Read more

Azithromycin in europe(im there only currently)-is sumamed. Is it same pill, safe for treat of pity.Rosea too?To me is said to take 500mg 1x1 for 3 days
Safe, not effective: Sumamed=zithromax/azithromycin. Zithromax is a relatively safe medication to take, even in pregnancy, and 500mg daily x3 is the 3-day-pack dosage. It is relatively safe medicine to use, but not effective for pityriasis rosea--the true cause is not known but believed to be viral. Thus antibiotic such as zithromax has no role in the treatment. Consult doc if you have trouble. Good luck. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
