Yes: Vaginal yeast infestions are common, and are even more common in pregnancy. Monistat is one of the over-the-counter anitfungals currently available and yes it is safe to use during pregnancy. Gyne-lotrimin and vagistat (tioconazole) are also available and are safe as well. Yes: It's basically just sugar and aspartame (nutrasweet). As long as you don't have phenyketonuria, you can take it. I am not a fan of aspartame anytime, and i think it's especially important to avoid as many artificial chemicals during pregnancy as possible, so i wouldn't recommend nauzene.
