Careful: Antifungal creams are OK to use on the outside (skin only), however, I recommend that your condition be diagnosed as fungal for sure and is not just your assumption. I am not aware of any warnings related to the use of anti-fungal creams as far as hemorrhoids are concerned. ...Read more
