Probably not: Cause of mucus in stool usually secondary to an inflammatory process such as colitis. This could also causes loose stools. Most Ca's are asymptomatic when small. As they get larger they obstruct , bleed and occasionally perforate. Colonoscopy can easily define problem. ...Read more

Thigh preferred: Most toddlers at this age usually have injections in thigh or upper arm. Important to ask her pediatrician which sites they prefer for this age group. Loose stools, fever and discomfort are common after vaccines. Important to keep her comfortable, massage and cool compresses to injection sites. Ask her doc if they recommend acetominophen or Ibuprofen for pain relief after vaccines. ...Read more

I would never recommend an enema for your child unless specifically ordered by your pediatrician.
