Good to ask for help: While getting to know you and hearing more of the story would be likely helpful, i think going to some alanon meetings could be very helpful. When emotional centers of the brain are not working well for whatever reason, relationship etc. Become problematic. It could be quite toxic or simply aspirin. Having no idea what you are ingesting is very, very unwise. Someone trying to make a buck could sell rat poison as molly.
