If you have known ulcer disease, it is wise to limit the NSAIDs or take them with a protective drug that reinforces the liking of the stomach. NSAIDs: U should not mix Mobic and Aleve as this may cause troubles with kidneys, blood pressure, stomach etc.
On the other hand combination of Tylenol (acetaminophen) and Aleve or Tylenol (acetaminophen) and Mobic is acceptable and some times advisable.

Get it checked by MD: It is difficult to suggest based on your question. Pain in back associated with pain in leg not responding to pain med like you add taking needs to be evaluated by your doctor. Of course you can try aleve but over the counter aleve (naproxen) is not that strong you will need to take2 tab every 12 hours. Get it checked with detailed history as to how long@what started it.
