Yes: However most cases of constipation would be better helped if one increases there fluid intake and reduces their caffeine and alcohol intake and by doing so, may not need to use miralax (polyethylene glycol). Proper fluid intake is critical is less expensive than miralax (polyethylene glycol). If you mistakenly add more fiber when you are getting enough in your diet you may worsen the constipation.
