I am 400 pounds and rarely smoke marijuana. (Once every 6 months) How long will it take for my system to be clear?

I am 400 pounds and rarely smoke marijuana. (Once every 6 months) How long will it take for my system to be clear?

Depends on how much: You smoke every six months. No matter what you weigh, a single use of marijuana will not give positive test results for more than 2-3 days at most, if the amount smoked is modest. If you are smoking larger quantities for the entire day, it may take several weeks to clear, because of the high fat solubility of THC. But a single joint or bowl once every 6 months should, again, be 48-72 hours. ...Read more

Smoking cigarettes can=PAD. Can smoking Marijuana also lead to PAD? The smoke or the Nicotine that is the real culprit? I know all smoking is bad.

Probably not: Nicotine can increase heart rate and slightly increase BP but there is no evidence it causes vascular disease. It is the burning tobacco leaf giving off 200+ toxic chemicals that causes vascular and pulmonary disease.

The literature does not suggest that marijuana can cause peripheral vascular disease, especially in moderation. One can avoid smoke altogether by eating marijuana brownies/cookies. ...Read more

Can you smoke marijuana with high blood pressure on an occasion instead of smoking it every other day?

Can you smoke marijuana with high blood pressure on an occasion instead of smoking it every other day?

Manage your BP: This isn't the place to debate the cannabis laws, but it's been part of life in the US for almost a century and nobody's shown that it's a problem for the hypertensive. I'd urge you to obey the law, think about whether this is really what you want to do if it is lawful, and especially to work with your physician to manage your hypertnesion so your life will hopefully be long and happy. ...Read more
