Possibly: Neck pain commonly refers to the shoulder. Initially resting the neck/shoulder, using moist heat, and taking a short course of anti-inflammatory can help. Once the pain is better you will want to gradually increase your range of motion. For home exercises,: I would recommend seeing a physician first to make sure there are no disc problems or other issues. If it is just sore muscles, i would recommend stretching exercises. Try a saline shot: Ask the allergist to administer a subcutaneous injection of saline into the area of the upper arm where you will be receiving immunotherapy. You can then assess whether such injections will add to your chronic neck & shoulder pain. I rather suspect that they won't. Thigh injections are possible but they are inconvenient and some would say a little riskier than upper arm injections. ...Read more
