Might be normal issu: Random palpitations can be a normal issue if they happen from time to time or if you are taking in stimulants like coffee, alcohol, tobacco or over-the-counter medications such as pseudoephedrine, which is found in cold preparations and some herbal medications, including ma huang. Don't have the rest: of your history to know for sure if it's good. As long as you're not allergic to blueberries, wheat, or peanuts (common allergies that can manifest subclinically). Also as long as it's not GMO wheat, peanuts. Usually the first meal of the day should be the largest (since you can burn it off during the day) and hold you well past lunch.I would increase the protein component.Sounds more like lunch. ...Read more
