❤ palpitations after eating a healthy vegan meal. Very obese, i drink veg/green smoothies for bkfst & lunch, no trouble until my full meal at dinner.
Might be normal issu: Random palpitations can be a normal issue if they happen from time to time or if you are taking in stimulants like coffee, alcohol, tobacco or over-the-counter medications such as pseudoephedrine, which is found in cold preparations and some herbal medications, including ma huang. So it might be something in the smoothies, try removing one ingredient everyday and see if it comes back. ...Read more

Living Life: No physician would want to make you feel in any way that you need our permission to eat foods. All humans get to choose their diets. Corn flakes are a great example of a high-carb food with low nutrient density that increases risk of obesity & diabetes. Yogurt is fine but should also be organic. Organic eggs are a good choice, but fruits, veggies, nuts & beans are good choices too. See my comment:. ...Read more
My daily breakfast is two slices of whole wheat bread with crunchy peanut butter and fresh blueberries. Is it a good breakfast to eat daily?
Don't have the rest: of your history to know for sure if it's good. As long as you're not allergic to blueberries, wheat, or peanuts (common allergies that can manifest subclinically). Also as long as it's not GMO wheat, peanuts. Usually the first meal of the day should be the largest (since you can burn it off during the day) and hold you well past lunch.I would increase the protein component.Sounds more like lunch. ...Read more
