Would internal meatus herpes be easily visible? Have small red pimple inside meatus that Itches all day, no pain. Received unprotected oral. Have UTI

May be herpes: Herpes can initially cause itching. That's often followed by a blister that ulcerates. May cause pain, especially on urinating. The only way to tell if HSV is to do a swab of some fluid from the sore. Since you were able to see the "pimple" I'm not sure why you are asking if it easily visible. The doctor can use a magnifying glass to view it if needed. Best wishes. Always use a condom. ...Read more

Can dry humping with clothes on or oral sex irritate my vagina? We didn't have vaginal intercourse but now my vagina itches. Is this a uti?

Absolutely. : Friction to pelvic floor is irritating. Roughing up skin & membranes is an open invitation for germs like yeast & bacteria to party on. Oral sex compounds the problem. To put things in perspective: we don't treat dog bites with antibiotics, but we absolutely treat human bites with them since the human mouth is so dirty. Try OTC topical metronidazole & both of you wash genitalia & brush teeth well. ...Read more

I have a slight itching on my penis head with the head being also sensitive to touch & uncomfortable. I was treated for a UTI on Thursday using amoxcillin and something else in a drip for 3 days... Most of my symptoms were done except for a pus discharge

Probable STD: "Pus discharge" from the penis is almost always due to STD, such as gonorrhea, nongonococcal urethritis, or chlamydia. True UTI is rare in men your age, but many doctors don't understand and misdiagnose urethritis as UTI. I suggest stop all current treatment and see an infection or STD specialist. (In Japan, most STD specialists are urologists.) Your sex partner(s) also must be checked. Good luck! ...Read more
