The next pregnancy will be high stress even if everything goes according to plan. So my advice would be to wait until emotionally and pschologically you are ready. You should see: Your obgyn and have some testing done before and see a perinatologist as soonas u get pregnant as u will need close following as u would be more at risk to get it again esp if it was severe enough to cause a still birth and u need to make sure u do not have any chronic hypertension now. ...Read more

Never had a stillbirth but I've got this immense fear that if I wait until 40weeks baby will die. I'm getting induced 38weeks because of anxiety. ok?

NSTs: This is not that uncommon. However, most hospitals have a policy again elective inductions before 39 weeks. Also, if your cervix isn't ready for labor you will increase your c section risk. I would suggest NSTs (nonstress tests) and have you do kick counts to relieve your anxiety. I get a couple patients every year that express the same fear. ...Read more
