All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, 1+ protein is not worrisome if you renal function, i.e., serum creatinine and eGFR are normal. Bubbles in urine are not a cause for concern.
