Probably not: Your urine bubbles could or could not be an abnormal finding but it is common in situations to see bubbles in the urine. If your dry it could cause some bubbles and if you hydrate yourself then they will improve. Also they are normal at times with rapid passage of urine. Having said that, 1+ protein is not worrisome if you renal function, i.e., serum creatinine and eGFR are normal. Bubbles in urine are not a cause for concern. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats.
