Hard to Say: Anxiety is a strange thing. Everyone that suffers anxiety issues has different triggers & by definition it is difficult to control them yourself. You may wish to work with a counselor to help you learn to better deal with your anxiety during the day but worrying about why it is worse during the day than at night will not help at all & only make it worse! it could also be job related anxiety. ...Read more
