2 possiblities: If you suffered a groin injury, you could have pulled or tore a muscle in the inner thigh at the same time. These can take weeks to heal and sometimes require physical therapy. However, if it is scrotal pain you are feeling, you most likely have a bad inguinal ligament strain. These too will eventually heal.
