No but: It may be a sign of a urethral infection. Although usually accompanied b y pain it is not always painful when one has urethritis. Have the material examined by your doctor who can determine whether you should be treated for infection. ...Read more

Mgt: I would suggest checking his temperature and treating any fever with tylenol or motrin. If he has nasal congestion, nasal saline spray and gentle suctioning can alleviate his mouth breathing/congestion. If the cough persists, he should see your PCP. ...Read more
