Your symptoms suggest infection that involves the lining of your lung named the pleura which has nerve endings that cause pain with breathing. No but: It may be a sign of a urethral infection. Although usually accompanied b y pain it is not always painful when one has urethritis. Have the material examined by your doctor who can determine whether you should be treated for infection. ...Read more

Likely infection: Likely sinus infection; get saline nasal lavage. antihistamine with decongestant & fluids. If possible a power nebulizer with saline (hypertonic, 3.5%) twice a day if then persist or a fever go to doctor for antibiotics ...Read more

Spitting up blood: There are many reasons for your symptoms but without getting more information and talking to you and examining you I cannot help except to go to a walk in clinic if u do not have a reg doctor, some of the reasons are not good and some are no worries.
