I has a small few warts on my neck and i cut them off because they really bothered me was this safe? And can warts be genetic?
It is safe: Warts are the product of a viral infection onto the skin. Cutting them off as you have done is probably safe although there is a small risk of spreading the virus. Probably: If you are referring to a common wart as on a hand or foot, sure, it seems unlikely that any soap product would be dangerous. I presume most folks would not put such a product on their genitals anyway, but purell might be a bad thing for a genital lesion such as a genital wart. You can put vaseline on the good skin around the wart to keep the salicylic acid away. Covering the wart (after applying medicine) helps.
