If I use proactive dark spot corrector and retin a (tretinoin) 0.25 can it help with my acne scars?

No: Neither will touch actual depressed scars, not can anything else. At best, you can hide your hyperpigmented lesions and even this is likely not to be very successful. Get your active disease under control, and if you wish, get seen by a dermatologist or plastic surgeon who can deal with the scars using a filler, laser or microsurgery. ...Read more

Does retin a (tretinoin) help small ice pick scars from acne?? Or proactive dark spot corrector?

Does retin a (tretinoin) help small ice pick scars from acne?? Or proactive dark spot corrector?

1st Fix Acne: If the 'ice pick scars have pigmentation (dark discoloration) associated with them, the products may help subtlety with the pigment, but not the indentations. These types of scars are typically difficult to treat. If they are not very deep, Microdermabrasion is used, but again, results are modest.
The first priority is to have the acne under control. If so, fractional resurfacing works best. ...Read more

I have had light (one or two spots) spotting that is brown for the past tow days. We don't use protection during sex. Period due on 20th, i pregnant?

Try a pregnancy: Test but it is only the 14th, if all is normal w/ your period, the spotting should not be due to pregnancy, the embryo is still microscopic. Not to say u aren't but the bleeding should not be the sign at this stage. There are other things that cause spotting so u may want to get in, get seen and consider contraceptives. It can help spotting and acne and you having to raise child. Good luck. ...Read more

NO NO: Neither of these will be of any benefit for anything. You are foolish to use these, especially during pregnancy. Topical steroid cream is safe to use during pregnancy and MAY reverse vitiligo. Probably not preg.: Can retest in one week to be sure. A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result if done correctly. One can test about 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period. An Ob-Gyn doctor can evaluate any persistent or worrisome symptoms. If a woman gets her normal regular periods, then she is not pregnant, and a test is not needed. ...Read more
