While it usually does great to lower blood pressure it is not safe to take in pregnancy especially early pregnancy. It will not hurt your chances of becoming pregnant but it should be changed to a more safe medication in pregnancy before you start trying. Yes: All ace inhibitors cause fetal abnormalities including cranial malformation and kidney problems in a large percentage of fetuses who are exposed although not 100%. It is absolutely critical you not take this medication while pregnant. A few doses early in pregnancy are less likely to be harmful. Keep tabs on BP: bupropion may elevate BP in some people, but this is usually not a problem. I assume you are on a sustained release preparation, and the development of elevated BP is far less common with extended-release forms of bupropion.
