So, if you can't keep anything down, including water, call your doctor or be seen today at the urgent care center, and get medical help. Conflict: Pepto Bismol (bismuth subsalicylate) can deactivate antibiotic. Report its use to the Dentist that prescribed the antibiotic. Antibiotic will not cure dental infection but will reduce its severity until you run out of pills, then infection worsens again. You need Root Canal treatment or Extraction.
