Not exactly the same: Sodium ascorbate is one of the mineral salts contained in ascorbic acid/vitamin C. It does not seem to be more bioavailable (available for use by the body) than other forms of vitamin C supplementation. There is also the down side that it contains sodium. Probably: I'm not sure if the vitamins you are taking are specifically pre-natal vitamins; it is good they contain iron. You should compare a label of pre-natal vitamins with what you are taking to make sure they are roughly identical. Probably don't need two! The folic acid is fine.
