Is It Safe To Take Arimidex To Boost Testosterone Levels
Arimidex, generic anisastrozole, is an aromatase inhibitor used to decrease the conversion of circulating testosterone to estrogen, and estradiol. My knowledge is limited to male patients, but i believe this medication is also used in female patients with certain types of cancers. Increasing estrogen levels can be a problem in testosterone replacement therapy, ...Read more
Hello doctor, I took steroids. After that i did hcg and took nolvadex and clomid to boost my natural testosterone. It has been 1 month now but my libido is still not the same as it was before cycle can i use arimidex to boost my testosterone levels?
Steroids, libido: hello~ novaldex, arimidex, clomid act in SAME way post cycle. Estrogen analogues block esterogen and stimulate the pituitary to make LH to stim testes to prod endogenous T.So no use using all 3 together the effect wont be 3xgreater. I dont think they do much but if you decide to use one use clomid its safer and for about 2 -3 weeks only.HCG useless. Best is cold turkey, and recovery to base ~6-8wk ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Not likely-evaluate!: It is extremely rare for a 21 yo to have low testosterone. Symptoms of low t are nonspecific. Other imbalances with similar symptoms are much more likely such as low thyroid or adrenal function, depression or heavy metal toxicity. See a doctor for evaluation. You can ask a doctor to test free and total testosterone levels, though your doctor will likely suggest other tests as well. ...Read more

I am 22 years old and just recently came off of a testosterone propionate cycle. I used hCG and arimidex as a pct but now I can't get an errection?
Go see your doctor: You probably have too much Estradiol still & not enough testosterone. My concern is that you're cycling your hormones and not being monitored which is a very risky thing to do. Folks who really need extra t don't cycle their regimen. They just stick w/it. As dr. Geffner noted, you're risking your future fertility & testicular function. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
A doctor has prescribed 0.5 mg Arimidex 2x/week for low testosterone.E2 is 24 pg/ml and Total T is 199ng/dl. Could it work? On Clomid E2 was 66 pg/ml
Maybe (not): Clomid (clomiphene) is used off-label to stimulate Testosterone production in hypogonadal men who want to maintain fertility (or by infertile men who hope to gain fertility). However, T is also converted into DHT & E2. Stopping conversion sometimes increases T. But it also sometimes diverts conversion to other. That's why Finateride & Dutasteride to inhibit DHT can increase E2 w/side effects. ...Read more
