Eat wild salmon: It is far healthier to consume omega-3s from a natural source such as wild salmon than from fish oil or synthetic forms. The question is why are you taking this supplement in the first place? To reduce cholesterol? Anti-inflammatory? Anti-coagulant? Brain health? C4: C4 is a supplement mixture with no data to support its use. Multivites, fish oil and calcium supplements have at least some reason to think they will be a positive action. I personally wouldn't recommend taking c4 but have no more data support not recommending it than there is to say it is beneficial.
