Is It Safe To Take A Fat Burner If You Are On Paxil
The best way to overcome fat is to make sure your food intake is OK and that you exercise regularly.
On the web there are many articles related to food content. My favorite - because it is the most straightforward - is "NuVal". It provides 100 items with a range of a score of 4-100. The higher the score the better the food. Take a look at it. ...Read more

Is it safe to take 2-b12, 2-b6, 3-lysine, 15000ui of d - vitamins, 4 tbls of crushed flaxseed and also 4 jillian michaels fat burner per day?
Why do that?: No good reason to be taking that combo of stuff. Don't know doses of b6 (too much- nerve damage); 15k iu of d (d2 or d3-different dosing) daily is too much (liver toxic, etc). Jillian michaels product at least says it has 100mg caffeine/dose (from guarana). You have no idea how much of anything else is in the proprietary blend. Can't recommend this regimen-it's wack. ...Read more

Yes: I know you've got some pretty severe drug restrictions with isotretinoin--but you should not have problems with an herbal "fat burner"--although frankly, they don't do much good. I recommend Metformin, to restore insulin receptor sensitivity, to help you lose weight. Also, white kidney bean extract taken with carbohydrates (when you "fall of the wagon") acts as a "starch blocker." ...Read more

I wanna take a fat burner called trio slim and it contains 10mg BIOPERINE, can it be harmful or should I change my fat burner? Thanks in advance
Avoid "fat burners": Our bodies like to use glucose (our main fuel), which comes from the food in the stomach and small intestine, and from the liver (where glucose is stored in a starch form called glycogen). As long as one is not eating enough to supply glucose to his cells, his liver will run low on glucose/glycogen, and his body will burn other fuels like fat to keep his cells working. Eat less and exercise more. ...Read more
