However, there is evidence that very high doses may interfere with the action of some seizure medicines and thus may provoke seizures in those taking certain anticonvulants. A discontinued med: Procyclidine is an old antiparkinson medication (anticholinergic as well) but it is not that effective and incidence of side effects is quite high and so this med has been dicontinued in the us.
