Possibly: The e-cig is probably better than the regular cigarettes- less tar and other pollutants. BUT it still has nicotine and other chemicals in the fluid which may or may not irritate your lungs. My blood pressure is usually around 110/60 to 120/80 when i smoked a cigarette it shot up to 137/89 is that much of an increase normal w nicotine use?
