Delayed sleep: You seem to be sleeping enough, but at the wrong time. You need to restrict your sleep, so you can sleep at night. Try not to sleep after 12 noon, use any tool you can to stay awake, then try to sleep closer to midnight. It is very hard to sleep after 2 am.
