My 2 year old son stood on top of the bathroom mirror and fell & landed right on his head he fell at 10:54 pm and my mom told me to keep him awake he just fell asleep at 11:35 pm but his eyes are so low could he just be tired? After he hit his head ?

I have understand...: ....What you mean by "his eyes are so low." if you mean his eyes have been pushed down by impact, call 911. Children bang their heads all the time. If he's running around and playing, he's fine. If there was a loss of consciousness, disorientation (not knowing who/where he is, not recognizing you etc.), repeated episodes of vomiting, odd behavior etc., then seek medical attention. ...Read more

Likely OK but....: The brain is relatively well protected, even in the fontanel regions. Babies themselves usually cannot create enough pressure/force to hurt themselves. But it depends on the specific case. Please make sure there are no "pointy" regions on the crib that the baby could potentially hurt themselves on. ...Read more

What his doctor : means is that it could be a form of self-stimulation, especially if he looks at his hand from an odd angle while doing so. Does he point with his index finger for desired objects, raise his arms to be picked up, respond consistently to his name, wave " bye" back when someone waves at him, mimic pat-a-cake & peek-a-boo?
