Coffee drinker?: It's fairly normal for a bit of mucous (phlegm) to accumulate deep in the throat during the night. If you're a coffee drinker and like to consume your morning cup of joe prior to your listerine, it can 'stain' that brown. Don't swallow: As long as you do not swallow the Listerine the amount of alcohol absorbed is minimal. There are alcohol-free mouthwashes available at most drugstores. I believe Listerine even makes one. ...Read more

Order: Floss first brush seconed rinse last. You do not need to rinse with salt water and over the counter mouth wash both. One or the other is enough. I personally prefer warm salt water. ...Read more
