Tylenol (acetaminophen) is safer for baby, but more harmful for your liver if you take large doses for long periods of time. Can tramadol 50mg 1-2 times a day prevent or delay ovulation. Taking it for tension migraines but trying to conceive. Will not take if pregnant?
