Prenatal vitamins: Its probably ok to do this, but if the issue is the vitamin is too big, ask for a chewable. If it makes you nauseated ask for one that has something in it to help with the nausea or take it at night. If you are getting regular dark leafy greens and legumes then supplementing with the 400 mcg is recommended during pregnancy.If your diet is not that healthy then the 800 mcg is probably okay but I would recommend talking it over with your OB first.
