BPPV?: It sounds like BPPV. This is caused by small stones in the inner ear moving from utricle to semicircular canals where they are not suppose to be . They send false signals to the brain and make you feel dizzy. This can be treatable. See an ent doctor. May be inner ear: Most patients experience some hearing loss with acoustic neuroma which can occur particularly with nf2. However dizziness and nauseous feeling can occur from vertigo that can be related to virus affecting the inner ear. Usually related to laying on affected side.
