Wouldn't advise it: Even if it's possible, I wdn't advise it. Better to lose 1-1.5 lbs/wk (mod wt loss) by changing habits & diet. That's ~15-20 lbs in 14 weeks (98 days). To lose more wt, often u have 2 crash diet or exercise madly. Crash diets ultimately result in MORE wt in the long-run that's harder to lose. How about 5 - 10 lbs: Make sure you exercise at least 90 minutes a day, don't skip meals, avoid soda, juice, dairy, alcohol and fried foods. Food is: medicine. Exercise is very healthful also. Please see doc and ask about a low carb higher protein food plan. If your doc is ok w/that for you, it can put your body into ketosis, which is fat burning rather than sugar burning. Keep moving, even if it isn't formal exercise. a brisk walk daily helps a lot. Depends: This is entirely a function of calories-in, calories-out. If you increase your eating, you'll gain. It's impossible for most people to control eating very well. Only a major lifestyle change or bariatric surgery will result in permanent weight loss.
