My left testis is so small and so hard to palpate due to varicocele. Is this an emergency? Is it true only young has the chance to change size? Im 21.
No emergency : The testis associated with varicocele tends to be smaller than normal. Go to Urologist, get checked with exam and do sperm count. Boxer shorts may help improve sperm count or sleeping with no shorts if sperm count is low. Not all who have a varicocele have low count.
