How small is a bunch of HIV particles? Is it small enough for the blood to seep through the skin pores on the palm of the hands and lead to infection?

Unlikely.: Usually skin can protect against blood. Wash the blood away from your hands quickly, and the risk is negligible. But, if your skin is not intact and there is a cut or open wound in the hand, the risk increases. Be sure to visit your physician as he could prescribe anti-HIV medication if you think you might have been exposed, the sooner the better. ...Read more

Is it possible that my pilonidal cyst is just a collection of hair and skin debris causing a solid movable lump under the skin by the tailbone?

I accidentally cut myself with my razor and it is sort of deep and the white layer of skin under it is showing. What can heal it up quickly?

Superfast healing: The real question is what not to do that slows down healing. Avoid using alcohol, peroxide, hibiclens, betadine, and bleach solutions. Inflammation ( red, hot, swollen, tender) is important to healing so anti-inflammatories (motrin, advil) are bad. Cover the area with a clean dressing changed every other day and protected from trauma. Antibiotics do not help healing unless it is truly infected. ...Read more
