It sounds kind of: amazing that you are 51 years old and don't know if you are allergic to strawberries or not? Is there be some reason why you have avoided them all these years? Perhaps you were told you had an allergic reaction as a child? If so, the fact that you tolerated them in yogurt is reassuring. I would eat 1/2 a strawberry; wait a day or so. Yes but Epi needed: If the reaction is an anaphylactic one, she needs to carry a 2-pack epinephrine kit with her since no oral medication can save her from a severe attack.
