By no means always successful/ or prepucioplsty/dorsal slit/swedish procedure whereby tight foreskin on top of penis is cut vertically & sutured transversely. Had a circumcision 6 months ago due to phimosis and i cant say is looking better.I have a ugly scarline that really bothers me.How to get rid of it?

Plastic surgery: If it is bothering you so much, you may consult a plastic surgeon for cosmetic surgery. Remember, plastic surgeons do not come cheap. If it is not interfering with urination or sex, I would recommend to leave it alone. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. ...Read more

Not every urologist either wishes to undertake this or has experience with this approach. ...Read more
