I have been prescribed 50mg of Sertraline..I hold down a very important job so is it best to take it first thing in the morning or late evening?

Time Will Tell: Sounds like either you've not started the medication or if so, have only had a couple of doses. It also sounds as if you're worried about potential side effects. Why not ask your doctor his/her opinion since they prescribed it to you? But if the prescription wasn't specific as to AM/PM then, it remains your choice & you could legitimately go either way & should expect to be good. Time will tell. ...Read more

This is the first month that I have a regular period from 1-17 thru 1-25 what would the best day for me to try to concieve?

Hard to tell, but...: Without knowing now long the usual cycles are (without knowing when the next cycle is expected to start), one can only guess at when the fertile days are.
