It is ok to use both, however.
In general, don't take meds if you don't have to.

Why do you need so many supplements. If you are taking a mixed diet, , none of the supplements other than vitamin D3 are doing you any good.

These are safe though I wouldn't take them all at once. I advise the multivitamin after breakfast, the probiotic at the start of a meal, the fish oil after lunch or dinner, apple cider vinegar in water separate from meals and the psyllium at bedtime.

Pro mean with: And bio means life. Probiotics help the GI system digest food. Anti means against.
