Check Thyroid: I would definitely have your thyroid evaluated if weight loss proves difficult. Post partum is a common time for thyroid problems to crop up. If it's normal, then you just have to go back to basics, 10k steps a day ( four miles) water, fruits and veggies. Long walks with the baby stroller are helpful. Think about a jogging stroller.
