Yes: Tylenol is a brand of acetaminophen (aka paracetamol in rest of world) which is a pain reliever & used to lower fever (anti-pyretic). Aleve is a brand of naproxen, an NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug), which is also a pain reliever & anti-pyretic. So you can take these two together. However, don't take Aleve w/Ibuprofen (aka Motrin, Nuprin, (ibuprofen) Advil) which is also an NSAID.

Yes: It is ok to take tylenol (acetaminophen) with any NSAID like Meloxicam or Ibuprofen with a muscle relaxant like cyclobenzaprine but make sure to take the right dose of tylenol (acetaminophen) and not to exceed the max daily dose. Also, and this is important, many pain meds like vicodin, Norco already have tylenol (acetaminophen) so you must take that into account as well. Tylenol (acetaminophen) in a healthy adult should not exceed 4000 mg / day!
Yes: Tylenol (generic name: acetaminophen) and Motrin (generic name: ibuprofen) are different drugs, and can be taken together. Just make sure that you don't take more than the recommended dose of either drug, and that you don't take other medications (like cold medicines, or other pain medicines) that have Acetaminophen in them too. Also, avoid nsaids (like motrin) in pregnancy.See 1 more doctor answer
