Yes: Yes, these are all safe to take daily. While they all may thin the blood somewhat, keeping our blood thin is a good strategy to prevent cardiovascular disease and strokes. You should be careful if you are taking pharmaceuticals that thin blood but in general it is good to keep our blood on the thin side and these are quite safe.

Tattoo: Getting a tattoo is always an infection risk. If there's bleeding, it will be considerably worse when taking anticoagulants. Not a good idea.

Talk to your doctor: Cod liver oil contains fish oil, omega-3 fatty acids. They lower triglycerides, but also have a slight anticoagulant effect. You are already on anticoagulants, so there is the possibility of too much if you add the cod liver oil. Don't do it without your doctor's permission.

Probably not: Omega 3`s and low dose Aspirin work at different levels. Omega 3`s replace cell products that release products of inflammation while the omega 3`s don't. Aspirin affects the blood platelets that normally control clotting and bleeding.

No problem: I've given Botox to about 7, 000 headache patients and many were on Aspirin or prescription blood thinners and I have not seen any increase in bleeding or bruising. It is important to make sure that the doctor uses a 30-gauge needle (or thinner) and is experienced in this procedure.
