Yes: There is definitely concern for 2nd hand smoke when women are pregnant. Obviously, definitely not as unhealthy as smoking yourself, but most physicians are going to recommend that you avoid 2nd hand smoke when pregnant. If there is not some other infertility problem, you have an 80-90% chance of pregnancy within a year, with regular sex.
