Delayed sleep: You seem to be sleeping enough, but at the wrong time. You need to restrict your sleep, so you can sleep at night. Try not to sleep after 12 noon, use any tool you can to stay awake, then try to sleep closer to midnight. It is very hard to sleep after 2 am. Probably ok: The back is dense with muscles. The heat should of dissipated and would not have hurt your baby. Burning your skin however is my biggest concern for you in this situation. Be careful. Good luck with your labor and delivery. ...Read more
