No problem...: Just rinse it out with a little warm water, pat ear dry and if you have a hair dryer that has an air dry setting, you can gently on low setting blow dry. Your room may be warmer than needed, or you may have more covers than needed. What you described does not seem to be a health issue. If you lose weight, see a doctor. Just try reducing the room temperature or reduce the amount of covers.
