Cleaning products: Lysol wipes are safe and peroxide used topically is safe as well, i'm not aware of any pregnancy warnings. The fan is helpful and if there are fumes, the window should be open. No: Lysol disinfectant is a safe product, even if you did a lot of cleaning!. It may cause eye irritation if you get some in your eyes, and possible skin irritation if you have sensitive skin.
