Not a problem: This interaction is that the zofran (ondansetron) could increase the serotonin effects of the Amitriptyline resulting in serotonin syndrome. This will not happen if you only took one dose of the zofran (ondansetron) and your dose of Amitriptyline is only 30 mg.
