Time for a visit: I am concerned anytime a kid has morning vomiting with a headache. It is one of the red flags for something going on in the brain itself. During sleep, your breathing is a bit slower & shallower & co2 can be retained, causing blood vessels to dilate.If something is going on in the brain this can increase pressure in the head. Nausea: How late are you? Sometimes a pregnancy test can be negative especially within a week of missing the period. You may not be entirely out of the woods yet as far as the pregnancy thing is concerned, especially if you have had unprotected sex. Well, It may be: A couple of things. It may be migraines causing headches and other symptoms, it could be nausea. I would focus in on meds that are over the counter as you could try them today, like ranitidine to decrease stomach acid. I would inquire about your sleep and anxiety.
